1. Where is the main venue of Terengganu Marathon 2027?
The main venue of Terengganu Marathon 2027 is Dataran parking Stadium Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia.
2. What are the race categories offered?
Terengganu Marathon 2027 offers various categories including 42KM, 21KM, 10KM. Each category is divided into multiple age and gender groups.
3. Who can participate in this event?
The event is open to all Malaysian citizens who meet the age requirement of the respective category.
4. Will runners receive an official event t-shirt?
Yes, runners who register for a package with shirt will receive an official event t-shirt or Muslimah shirt or singlet, depending on their selection and eligibility by category.
5. What is included in the race kit?
The race kit generally includes the official t-shirt (if applicable), bib number with timing chip, event bag.
6. Where and when is the race kit collection?
Race Kit Collection will be held at Stadium Tertutup Gong Badak in Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.
30 April 2027: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
1 May 2027: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No race kit collection will be available after this period time.
7. Can I change my shirt size after registration?
No, shirt size cannot be changed after the registration is confirmed. Please ensure the correct size is selected before completing your registration.
8. How do I register?
Participants can register online through the official website of Terengganu Marathon 2027 terengganumarathon.com . Select your preferred category, fill in your details, choose your race kit package, and complete the payment.
9. What if I am unable to attend the event after registering?
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. No changes will be entertained once the registration is completed.
10. What if I don’t collect my race kit on collection days?
Participants who fail to collect their race kit during the official collection period will be considered to have forfeited their entitlement. No race kits will be distributed after the collection dates. You may authorize someone to collect on your behalf by providing a copy of your IC/passport and your confirmation slip. All race kits must be collected by 6:00 PM on 1 May 2027.
11. Is there an option for race kit postage?
Yes, participants can select postage delivery during registration. The postage fee will be shown at checkout.
12. When will race kits be shipped?
Race kits will begin shipping one month before the event date for participants who choose postage.
13. Participant waiver
By registering for Terengganu Marathon 2027 (TM27), I acknowledge that participation in this running event involves risks of injury, accidents, illness, property loss, or other unforeseen events. I understand that my participation is at my own risk, and I am fully responsible for my health and personal safety.
I confirm that I am in good health and medically fit to participate in this event. I agree that the Organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and any related parties shall not be held liable for any injury, fatality, loss, damage, or claims arising from my participation in TM27.
I grant the Organisers the right to use my name, image, and/or video recordings for documentation, promotion, and publicity purposes related to the event, without any fee or compensation. I also agree to abide by all official rules, regulations, and instructions issued by the Organisers for TM27.
What is the International Uncontested category at TM27?
The International Uncontested category is for international runners who want to participate in Terengganu Marathon 2027 without being part of the official international podium competition. There is no podium, no prize money, and no official international ranking in this category.
